Question Patterns & Instructions to Candidates

The Question pattern:

There will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ-Type, with four options including single correct answer) carrying 100% weightage. There will be treated as incorrect response/answer . All questions will have to be answered on specially designed machine gradable answer sheets. Answer are to be marked using blue/black ball point pen only.

  1. It's a assessment Test so student can assess their proparations before appearing any competitive examination. Also Trust will give the specific feed back thathelps you to improve. The feed back book give in the form of three Reports i.e. students performances report, your strength and weakness analysis and section wise analysis. These reports will help you pin point the area of strength and weaknes so that you can improve.
  2. We are giving scholarship to poor, meritorious students so that they don't get any financial crisis and smoothly continue their study
  3. Students can get admission in various colleges of India Since Trust has already tie-up with many Colleges of India. So there will be the great opportunity to get admission in those colleges.
Instruction to candidates:

Procedure to be followed in the conduct of Examination:

  1. The Examination Hall will be opened 30 minutes before the commencement of the test. Candidates are expected take to take their seats immediately after the opening of Examination Hall. If the candidates do not report in time , they are likely to miss some of the general instructions tp ne announced in the Examination Hall.
  2. After occupying their seats they must write their Names, Enrollment no., Index no and Question booklet.
  3. Candidate must bring with them Admit card (AISEEE-2018) and Black/Blue Ball point pen & Pencil eraser etc.
  4. Candidate must show on demand the Admit card(AISEEE-2018) for admission to the examination hall. A candidatewho does not possess the Admit card issue by the trust shall not be admitted to the Examination Hall by the Center-in-Charge.
  5. A seat indicating Index Number will be allocated to each candidate. Candidates must find out and occupy their alloted seats.
  6. Candidates are not allowed to carry any textual material, printed or written, bits of papers orany other matrial except those listed under Sl.No.-3 inside Examination hall.
  7. Calculators, Slide Rules, Log Tables, Electronic Watches with facilities of Calculator, Cellular Phones, Pagers are not allowed in the Examination Hall. Possession of such devices during the Examinations may lead to cancellation of the paper besides seizing of the same.
  8. No Candidate, without the special permission of the Centre in charge or the invigilator concerned, will leave his/her seat or Examination hall until the duration of examination for a paper is over. Candidates should not leave the hall without handling over their OMR sheet and Answer Booklet to the invigilator on duty.
  9. Candidates shall maintain silence and attend to their question paper only. Any conversation or gesticulation or disturbance in the examination hall shall be deemed as misbehavior. If a candidate is found adopting unfairmeans, his/her candidature shall be cancelled and he/she will be liableto be debarred from taking examination either permanently or for a period according to the nature of offence.
  10. The winners of AISEEE-2018 will be awarded by our trust members.
  11. All applicants who appear to be prima facie eligible are provisionally permitted to sitfor te AISEEE-2018. If after scrutinyatany stage, it is found that an applicant is otherwise inteligible his/her candidature will be automatically cancelled enven if he/she has appeared at the Examination and secured a position in the merit list or at any stage during counselling/admission or registration.
  12. The candidature of candidate will be automatically cancelled if he/she fails to produce any of the required appropriate documents in original during admission/registration for fulfillment of eligibility and other criteria.
  13. If a candidate is found impersonating, his/her candidature will be cancelled outright and the concerned examinee will be punished under law.

Issue of Admit Card:

After the recipt of Application from by the trust, an admit card will be sent to the applicant's address indicating his/her Examination centre of teh scholarship examination. In case of applicant does not receive the admit card before one week of exam, he/she should contact over telehone in Helpline No. 0995020007/8 with some detail e.g. Form No., D.D. No. sent by you, Postal Slip No. of dispatched completely filled in application form.Candidate must retain their admit card carefully in secured place in undamaged condition in all respect till the completion of admission procedure.

No duplicate admit card will be issued in any circumstances after the examination . After the reciept of Application form by the trust, an admit card will be sent to the candidate within one or two weeks before of the exam date.

*In case of the applicant does not recieve the admit card by April 08, 2018, he/she should contact with the Trust office. One week before from the exam, date duplicate admit card can be downloaded through the website www.asieee.in.
